Tender (“Service”) is a hosted web application developed and maintained by Once Upon A Time Productions, LLC., doing business as "ENTP". This Privacy Policy explains the collection and use of information and data across the Service.

ENTP respects your right to privacy. All information collected by Tender is used to improve the experience and quality of the Service.

User Information

When you register for a Tender site, we collect information such e-mail address and billing information. All sites come with a 14-day trial period, during which you are not required to enter billing information.

When you register for a Tender user account, we collect only the e-mail address and any user profile fields which are filled out, such as the users name. This information is used solely for identification inside the Service and email communication to and from the Service between you and the support staff of the site you are using.

Cookies

A cookie is a small amount of data which often includes an anonymous unique identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and is stored on your computers hard drive.

Cookies are required to use Tender in order to uniquely identify your browser and user preferences while logged in. We use non-permanent cookies that last for up to two weeks, after which you will be required to log in to the Service again.

Data Storage

ENTP uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run Tender. Although ENTP owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Tender application, you retain all rights to your data.

Private Discussion

Tender features the ability to make a discussion private or public. These settings fall under the responsibility of the Tender site in which they are published within. ENTP is not liable for user content on other sites.

Disclosure

ENTP may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas when a users actions may violate the Terms of Service.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

ENTP reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any significant changes to this policy will be sent out to the account owners registered email address.
